We stock over 20'000 items in our purpose-built shop and warehouse.
Items shown as ‘In stock’ are usually dispatched that same day as long as we receive the order before 2pm. Please note that Weekend orders and orders after 2pm will be actioned on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Stock levels are not ‘real time’ but are updated daily, therefore there may be instances where an item shown as ‘In Stock’ is no longer available if stock has been sold between updates.
Items shown as ‘2 to 3 days’ for example are usually non stock items that we will order in specially and therefore take a little longer to despatch.

Once items have been packed ready for collection you will receive an email from us confirming despatch, followed by notifications from the courier allowing you to track your delivery.
The majority of deliveries sent to Mainland UK addresses are on a 24 hour express service so should arrive the following day, however this is not a guarantee and depends on factors outside of our control.
Standard carriage charges are as follows:
- Mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) - Free Delivery for orders over £200.00 (net) or the low price of £5.95 (+VAT) otherwise.
- Northern Ireland - Free Delivery for orders over £200.00 (net) or the low price of £5.95 (+VAT) otherwise.
- Republic of Ireland - £9.95 (+VAT)
- Scottish Highlands & Islands - £9.95 (+VAT)
- I.O.M, I.O.W, Scilly Isles - £15.95 (+VAT)
- Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey , Alderney , Sark) - £15.95 (+VAT)
Disclaimer
Dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the seller in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the buyer.
Where the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the seller to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these conditions or any claim by the buyer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the buyer to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.
In the event that the seller is found to have a liability under these terms and conditions, or under statutory law, this liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the costs to the buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the goods.
If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give the seller adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the seller, the seller may: store the goods until actual delivery and charge the buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage: or sell the goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the buyer for the excess over the contract price or charge the buyer for any shortfall below the contract price.
Returns
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Harvey Supplies as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. You will receive an email with confirmation of order, together with a copy of the Invoice marked Paid. This is your proof of payment and guarantee.
Returning Items
Customers should inform us of their intention to return items within 14 days of receipt. Items may not be returned after 30 days from receipt of goods. Customers are responsible for the return of the items at their own cost.
Domestic Customers: After we have established that the item / items are unused and undamaged (no marks, no sign of usage, with labels still intact), you will be refunded the full item price excluding the original cost of delivery.
Business Customers: Please note that businesses will incur a 10% restocking fee on items returned. After we have established that the item / items are unused and undamaged (no marks, no sign of usage, with labels still intact), you will be refunded the full item price less the restocking fee and excluding the original cost of delivery.
All Customers: Items returned without original product packaging or with packaging unusable will incur a charge of 25% of the value of the item / items returned. Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged, you should note this with the courier and ourselves immediately on receipt.
Refunds will generally take 7 to 10 working days to appear back into your account.
Free Carriage
Where you have received free carriage, it is because we have subsidised the original cost of delivery to you and given you free delivery. In this case, the actual cost of delivery will be excluded from the refunded amount (see charges on our delivery page).
Exchanges
Where you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a similar product, an additional delivery charge may be applicable in order for us to deliver the new item to you (see charges on our delivery page).
Exclusions
Bespoke, specials, altered or personalised products are excluded from this Policy. (None refundable).
All sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
All Rescue Equipment, Safety PPE and Lifting Nets are non-refundable due to Safety reasons.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within 30 days following the date of delivery for any unused items purchased on our site under the distance selling regulations for a refund.
This does not apply to any personalised items and does not include a refund of carriage charges as outlined in the returns policy.
